Excercise, Yoga, Pilates. All these things help your brain release endorphines (those cool little chemicals that make you happy and more stress free:) and maybe a little time for yourself can do a lot of good and give some clear thinking time.

I am dealing with stress as well, and am reading (listening to) a book called "Getting Things Done" by David Allen. He mentions that stress is a result of too many things that are undone or unresolved and the inability to manage these things. It is mostly about organization and productivity, and our ability to continually take steps toward these unresolved ends to make us feel better about life and more relaxed about things. This may help you, too.

Yoga and positive energy.Don't let yourself always be around negativity, and you should get out and have some fun too.Pretending to be happy might work to really make you feel that way,but don't worry to much about your hair cause it'll make it worse, plus we all lose hair every now and then.

Well, valerian root helps me. Even in your sleep you can be stressed and not realize it (nightmares anyone?), so a good dose of v.root will relax you naturally. When you're awake, just burn that stress off with aerobics, yoga, getting busy, whatever you like.

You may be losing your hair because you have a Thyroid problem. The most common symptoms are the loss of hair and drowsiness. My mom has a thyroid problem and she use to lose TONS of her hair but then she got on some medication and got it under control. Luckily for my mom she has really thick hair so you couldn't notice that she was losing lots of it. So you should probably see a doctor about this if you haven't already. But if it is stress related then the best thing that I can recommend for you to do is: Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each day, exercise, eat healthy foods with low fats and sugars, and try to RELAX! You may be doing too much in your life so you might wanna slow down a bit. That's all I can really say so good luck!
