It's common for new born babies to lose their baby hair. Some lose their hair in spots, some lose all of it. Don't worry it will grow back.

Its a fact of life sorry. Some babies lose their hair. Dont worry it will grow back in eventually. Some babies have worn spots from where they rub their heads in their beds %26amp; how they lay. Its normal, so dont stress it! Its only hair!

When babies are born, they are usually born with thick black colored hair. This hair isn't their permanent hair. Their body is actually covered in this in the womb. When they are born, they shed it off and then they will grow their normal hair.

It is normal for newborn babies to lose their birth hair. In fact they will lose all their hair and replace normally with lighter hair. Sometimes losing it in patches is normal. If the baby is gaining weight on schedule and eating ok, there is nothing to worry about. Good luck!

Losing the hair they were born with either on their body or on their heads is normal. Most babies lose the hair on their head and it is soon replaced with the hair color that they will grow up with. My son who was born a month early was born with a full head of very dark hair like his daddy. He is now 8 months old and as blonde as I am his hair never "fell" out until about 5-6 months and it just thinned out from thick and dark to thin and blonde.

Why is my 3 week old newborn losing hair off of the top of his head?

That is completely normal. At birth, they may have a head full of hair but by age 1, they can be bald. This doesn't happen to all babies, but it happens to most--- very common.

Newborn hair falls out. It's normal. Don't worry, your baby will grow more.

Why is my 3 week old newborn losing hair off of the top of his head?

That's very usual. My son's fell out and he looked like a little old man because it fell out in the normal male pattern baldness pattern. All of it fell out except what was in the very back at the bottom right above his neck. His was dark black when he was born and it grew in reddish blond, now it's really light blond and he's almost 2 so don't be suprised if he changes hair color when it grows back.
