There are very little you can do if your gene is like that. Keep your hair clean and make sure you comb your hair to stimulate your scalp. Over the counter hair growth tonic is really not that good and it cost alot. Implant is the only way to regain it if you can afford it. Do not wait till they all gone then you seek help, it would be too late.

Since I have faced serious hairfall problem and got cured, I will advice you to mix fresh almond oil with coconut oil in 1:1 proportion. Apply on sculp and massage carefully. Leave it whole night. Wash it away with a herbal shampoo. This if done thrice aweek will surely arrest hairfall.
