I actually just read about this in one of my books and apparently it is common. Just keep taking a multivitamin or your prenatals

Your hair normally goes through growth-fallout-growthy cycles, except when you're pregnant. While pregnant, it just grows, making your hair seem thicker because none of it is falling out.
After the baby is born, it resumes the growth-fallout-growth thing, but it's all on the same cycle, so it all seems to fall out at once.
After my second was born, I was pulling out handfuls of hair at each shower - it was awful. But it does grow back - all at once. You might even have little hairs that stick straight up when they're all really short.
If it doesn't stop though, see your doctor. You want to make sure you don't have something more serious going on, like alopcia or a thyroid disorder.

That's started happening to me as well. I found that taking the prenatal vitamins and washing my hair with a milk conditioner is seeming to help. I also don't wring out your hair by twisting it, instead, blot your hair,to minimize the pulling out of your hair.

This is actually common~ it happened to me after every delivery but I remember it being worse after my 2nd also. My doctor told me it was do to hormonal changes after delivery. I would suggest contacting your OB office if you are concerned it is getting too thin. They may be able to perscribe some medication to readjust your hormone levels and stop the thinning process. I do believe this topic was also discussed in the book "what to expect when you are expecting" which is given out at a lot of offices.
It also seems to be worse for those with course, black hair. My sister-in-law is Indian and it really effected her after both of her babies.
Good Luck and Congrats!
